𝗘𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗺𝘂𝘀+ 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 🇨🇿

Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in an Erasmus+ Mobility programme in the beautiful city of Prague, alongside two dear colleagues from school Magensinus SA.

It was an intensive and rewarding week focused on Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Bullying Prevention at the Europass Teacher Academy.

One of the highlights of this experience was the chance to exchange knowledge and perspectives with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, including professionals from France 🇫🇷, French Guiana 🇬🇺, Romania 🇷🇴, Croatia 🇭🇷, and Ireland 🇮🇪, as well as local experts 🇨🇿.

A special thank you to our trainer, Lucie Příšovská, for the insightful sessions and for providing us with practical tools to foster a more empathetic and positive educational environment.

Investing in these soft skills is essential to better support our students and academic community. We return with new perspectives, refreshed energy, and a commitment to applying these strategies in our daily work.
